How the Cards Are Drawn

The draw is done by the server, not by the AI — and that distinction is the whole point. A language model has no randomness but plenty of eagerness to please: asked «will he come back», it would lay out the Lovers and the Sun every time. Here the cards come from an honest shuffle of the full 78-card deck, majors and minors alike, each with an even chance of landing upright or reversed. The AI is handed the cards that actually fell and is not allowed to swap, add or drop a single one — its job is to read them. One deliberate detail: the same question asked again today returns the same spread, so you cannot reshuffle until the cards say what you wanted; tomorrow the draw is new. Every card is illustrated with our own hand-drawn deck, and you can open any of them in the card catalogue to read its full meaning.

Is the tarot reading free?

Yes. New users get starter energy points, which is enough for your first readings with no payment and no registration.

How are the cards chosen?

At random, by the server, from the full 78-card deck — the same card cannot come up twice in one spread, and each card has an even chance of falling reversed. The AI only interprets what was drawn; it cannot pick the cards.

Why does the same question give the same cards?

On purpose. If every re-ask reshuffled the deck, you would simply draw again until the cards agreed with you, and the reading would mean nothing. Today the spread holds; tomorrow the draw is new.

What does a reversed card mean?

Not a bad omen. A reversed card is usually read as the same force turned inward, delayed, blocked or taken too far — the Star reversed is not the absence of hope but hope that is hard to feel right now.

How many cards will I get?

It depends on the topic, not on a setting you have to understand. A question about a situation gets three cards — where things stand, what gets in the way and where it is heading. «Yes or no» and the card of the day get one.
