We strive to provide our students with high-quality AI-powered assistance for their homework. This refund policy defines the conditions and procedures for refunding unused energy and Prime status subscription.
2. Energy Refund Conditions
A refund for energy is possible in the following cases:
- Technical issues that prevent the use of purchased energy for homework assistance.
- Service errors that result in the inability to provide homework help.
A refund is not possible in the following cases:
- If the energy was used for homework assistance attempts.
- If the user is dissatisfied with the provided homework help, but the assistance process was successful.
- If the refund request is made later than 14 days from the date of energy purchase.
3. Prime Status Subscription Refund
3.1. Prime status subscription refund is only possible if the Service was unavailable for more than 50% of the subscription period.
3.2. Partial or full refunds for Prime status subscription are not provided in cases of:
- User's dissatisfaction with the service while it remains operational.
- Change in user's circumstances or needs.
- Failure to use the subscription benefits.
4. Refund Request Process
4.1. To request a refund, the user must submit a signed written application to support@homiwork.com.
4.2. The application must include:
- Full name of the user
- Transaction details (date, amount, payment method)
- Detailed reason for the refund request
- User's signature
- Clear scan or photo of the signed application
4.3. Applications that do not meet these requirements will not be considered.
5. Request Processing
5.1. Refund requests are processed within 12 business days from the date of receiving a complete application.
5.2. The Service Owner reserves the right to request additional information or documentation to process the refund.
5.3. If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method when possible.
6. Final Provisions
We reserve the right to change this refund policy at any time. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on our website. Users are notified of changes via email or a notification on the website.
