3. Prime Status Subscription Refund

3.1. Prime status subscription refund is only possible if the Service was unavailable for more than 50% of the subscription period.

3.2. Partial or full refunds for Prime status subscription are not provided in cases of:

  • User's dissatisfaction with the service while it remains operational.
  • Change in user's circumstances or needs.
  • Failure to use the subscription benefits.
