Task C: Put the words into correct order to make a sentence

  1. I am not riding a bike now.
  2. My friend is not listening to pop music at the moment.
  3. We are going to the cinema now.
  4. Are they cleaning their teeth at the moment?
  5. The students are playing baseball in the park.
  6. My teachers are not writing now.
  7. My sister is drinking a cup of tea at the moment.
  8. Why are you not smiling at the moment?
  9. Look! Your mother is making a sandwich.
  10. We are telling a story now.

💡 Tips for word order in Present Continuous sentences:
- Subject + to be (am/is/are) + verb(-ing) + rest of sentence
- For questions: (Question word) + to be + subject + verb(-ing) + rest of sentence
- For negative sentences: Subject + to be + not + verb(-ing) + rest of sentence

Task D: Put the verb 'be' into the gaps in correct form

💡 Rules for using 'be' in Present Continuous:
- Use 'am' with 'I'
- Use 'is' with he/she/it and singular nouns
- Use 'are' with you/we/they and plural nouns
