The Three of Wands is a card about a venture that has already been launched and is moving on its own, without daily human involvement. The second card of the suit, the Two of Wands, was about the plan and the decision; the Three is about that moment when the decision is made, the contract is signed, the cargo is shipped, and all that remains is to wait and see how far what you sent will sail.

This is a minor arcana card, and it speaks not about a person's entire destiny, but about one specific matter: a deal, a trip, or a project that is about to yield its first results.
