Refund Policy

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Refund Policy governs the terms and conditions for refunding payments made for services provided by the homiwork.com service (hereinafter "Service"), owned by 3 Krolika Limited Liability Partnership.

1.2. By using the Service, the User confirms acceptance of this Policy.

1.3. The Service provides AI-powered educational assistance, including problem-solving, text generation, and study aid. Refunds are made exclusively in cases expressly provided for in this Policy.

1.4. The Service is intended for persons aged 18+.

1.5. Governing law: Republic of Kazakhstan. Jurisdiction: Astana courts.

2. Nature of Services Excluding Refunds

2.1. The User acknowledges that:

  • Services are based on AI algorithms;
  • Quality and accuracy of answers are subjective and not guaranteed;
  • AI may generate inaccurate or incorrect content ("hallucinations");
  • The Service does not guarantee specific academic grades or results;
  • Services are provided "AS IS".

2.2. Due to the instant nature of AI processing, the service is considered fully rendered immediately upon sending a request. Costs are 100% incurred at that moment.

3. Refund Conditions for Energy

3.1. Refunds for Energy are possible ONLY if:

  • Energy has NOT been used at all;
  • A critical technical malfunction prevented use;
  • Request is submitted within 14 days of purchase.

3.2. NO refunds if Energy was used for requests, regardless of the answer quality.

4. Refund Conditions for Prime Status

4.1. Refunds for Prime status are possible ONLY if the Service was unavailable for more than 50% of the paid period due to technical reasons.

4.2. Refunds are NOT provided for dissatisfaction, lack of use, or change of mind.

5. Refund Request Procedure

6.1. To request a refund, the User MUST:

  1. Prepare a written request on paper with full name, email, payment details, and reason.
  2. Sign it with a handwritten signature.
  3. Scan/photo the document and proof of payment.
  4. Email to support@homiwork.com.

6.2. Requests without a handwritten signature on paper are NOT considered.

6. Other Provisions

7.1. Processing time: up to 30 business days.

8.1. Accounts inactive for 1 year are automatically deleted with all data/balance.

9.1. No refunds if the account is blocked for violation of terms (including academic dishonesty or illegal content).

10.1. Liability is limited to $100 or the amount paid in the last 3 months.
